Orders can be picked up Tuesday thru Friday 10am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10am to 3:30pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for
pickup.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more on items that fit in standard shipping size box.
Flat rate shipping fee of $12.99 applies to orders under $100, excluding large or heavy items and gemstone specimens shipping price varies on size and weight.

Shipping and Billing address must be the same. We do not ship outside of United States at this time.

All online sales are final sale.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@crystalcastlebeads.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
